"The hot tub was great the food was great. The View was incredible. We will do this again"

"The bay tower was completely outdated and came with a whopping $300 per night incidental charge for amenities that don’t exist (pool, activity rentals, etc). Airport shuttle was nice, but super busy and competitive with flight attendant traffic consuming every shuttle. Pool was not opened. Room was old / smelled questionable and out of body wash/soap. The restaurant was awesome though! Great service, food and views there. Elsewhere was questionable "

"It’s a good stay for a fair rate. Good location. The AC in our first room was ancient and broke down. They moved us to another room that was more updated. Wish we would’ve gotten that from the beginning. "

"The amenities were ok. The room we were in needed to upgrade the shower head. The shower head had no dial for water force… it was like a fire hose! Also the little fridge needed help. It would freeze everything I put into it."
