"After a long day of travel for a business trip, including the 3-hour time difference between Florida and Nevada, my business partner and I checked in exhausted. We went straight to our room only to find a king bed instead of the double queens we reserved. They said they thought we wouldn’t arrive and gave our room away, and the hotel was fully booked. Their “solution” was just extra sheets and a couple of pillows. It was a nightmare, very disappointing."

"Everything was just wonderful. Instant hot water in sinks and shower. Plenty of space in bathroom for toiletries etc. Staff were all very friendly. Security was top notch and present. "

"Was able to check in early, which was really nice. Room cleanliness was not the best, there were long hairs on the night stand. The bathroom countertop and shower were clean but the bathroom floor had hair. Overall it was a decent one night stay."
