"Allowed me to check in 2 hours early (after a long flight), empty soap dispenser in shower, no pen in room. Clean but normal "extras" not to be found. Excellent staff, great location, convenient airport shuttle, 20 miles to San Pedro cruise terminal"

"I like that they let you walk around with your drink while you explore. The bed was actually very comfortable. And understandablly, the bathroom was the only thing that was hard to hack due to it being so old. Just was very disappointed on the customer service practically every where we went. The observation bar was cool, got ignored when we sat at a table so just went to sit at the bar. Gift shops just got stared at not greeted. Chowder house the hostess didn't say one word to us as she sat us down. The view was good, and the fish and chips were good. Wish there was less people at our graveyard tour but host and tour were cool. Besides not great service, Glad I got to experience the ship. There was a leak out side out bedroom pouring in a bucket hope it can hold up longer."

"Hotel was clean, lobby bar was a little dated. Great central location, especially to Korean restaurants."

"Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. Room was not well maintained. Entrance door was left wide open upon first entry and entrance door was broken so we were locked inside and could not get out and had to get help from maintenance staff to open up."

"Breakfast was delicious. Staff was professional, responsive and helpful. Loved the mediterranean spanish inspired architectural style and design. Kids loved the pool. My stay was wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL."

"Parking was great, the staff in valet did a great job & super friendly also front desk was good. The only thing that I wasn’t happy was that the room that I got looked like they rushed to clean it, while I was taking a shower I saw the handicap chair inside the bathroom it had hairs & also the sheets had some type of crumbs "
