" Super nice "

"The pool was not usable for half of our stay due to being not safe to swim-the water was clouded & green. Staff kept saying it was fine, despite many guests complaining. Once the water cleared up & you could see the bottom, it was clear it had not been cleaned in a long time. Almost all pool chairs were broken. No pool towels at pool, request at office only. You are then given one super small and thin towel per person. Bathroom fan was broken & falling out of ceiling. Black mold in the shower. Carpet coming up & fraying. Room keys kept failing & needing to be replaced, Ice maker broken. No daily cleaning of rooms, only cleaned upon request & staff NOT happy if you make this request. Staff generally unhappy and unhelpful. "

"The morning front desk personnel were very rude to customers including myself when asking questions. Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle. "

"Showed up in the late evening and no one was available at the front desk for about 25 mins. We called dozens of times and right before we gave up, an employee with ear buds come walking up like nothing happened. Then I was told I can switch rooms for a better shower because the shower we had was ADA and the water ran all the over the bathroom. We asked for extra towels because of this, and maintenance person looked at us like we were stealing them. The manager was just as bad, tried with him to change rooms and that was not happening, it seems like the whole staff is there to tell you what you can't do and what you're doing incorrectly instead of trying to accommodate paying guests. I will never stay at this business again. "
