"The facilities were very old and worn out. When I first entered the lobby there was a lady moping the floor but no one behind the counter. After several minutes the maid pointed to a small sign that said to call a number. The number resulted in voice mail asking for my name and reason for calling! I complied but nothing happened for about 10 minutes! Finally a person showed up but she spoke very poor english! The room was old and worn but clean."

"Quiet resort with very friendly staff. We arrived late, and staff even helped us get a meal from the restaurant kitchen as it was preparing to close. The setting was beautiful with trees, canyon, cliff and creek views. The proximity to Sedona and Sedona hiking trails was very good."
