"It was great staying here as we went on to Disney cruise. Breakfast was good and Shuttle service to Terminal 8 was excellent. Will come back to this hotel again if we plan next cruise "

"Room was very small. No daily housekeeping. Did not restock water or coffee. Construction goin on by the pool. Cost for parking."

"The room was dated and smelled musty. The sofa was stained and so we didn't want to sit on it or sleep on it. Bathroom was clean. The front desk Clerk was very nice. Hotel was convenient for walking to stores. "

" Restaurant has terrible food Was told we had a 50.00 dollar credit to use anywhere on the property and when we checked out we were told we did not have the credit. We ate at the hotel because we thought we had a credit. The staff misled us. We also paid 700.00 a night and all we saw was woods from out balcony and was told we had an oceanfront room,and we did not. Holiday Inn is one of our favorite hotels and we were disappointed in several things like the walk from building 3 to the restaurant, pool or beach. Never saw a tram to take us anywhere. Also no help at building 3 for our luggage. We are almost 70 and my husband is handicapped and we never received any assistance. I would not recommend this hotel Our friends stayed at the Hilton and they were treated like royalty for more more than half the price of what we paid. The drive to the area of lots of restaurants was too far and we always eat at the hotel, but I would not recommend your grill restauant because we made 4 choices and they had none of them. Paid 140.00 for food that was not great and then had no credit. My view was so disappointed since we do not live near a beach and was really looking forward to seeing and hearing the ocean waves."

"Staff was awesome!! We really enjoyed the pool , lazy river area. Pool bar with food was good. Short walk to beach. Rooms very clean , in good condition. Included breakfast was solid with several options. WI-FI was ok, the outer side of room had a weak signal but not a big deal for us … not there to sit on phone :) I would stay here again. "

"Pool nice, refreshing,staff friendly,my room was clean, plenty of space between parking, .. the only issue I have to say, is the Travelers that stop, have pets,need to follow the Pet form they sign, when registering, and that is... CLEAN up after your Pet takes a POOP in certain areas, that have Mulch for pets to use Bathroom, or walk off grounds into the woods, none of use w/pets like to clean up after them, I suppose, but it's being Respectful to motel,other guests & your character, few days ago,I took my Safara out, she didn't make a mess, unfortunately stepped in another dogs, which got packed in her paw,..sick, I had to take a good 10 minutes at least, make sure all her paws were washed very well, before getting on bed... Please,pick up after your Pet, ...makes much better for all & grounds stay much nicer, Tk you, enjoy your visit...room 103"

"Nice room, comfortable beds, very good linens, very nice bath amenities. Excellent breakfast, although crowded at the morning rush of people preparing to go to their ships. Staff seemed a bit overworked (understaffed) which I felt contributed to not being as friendly or welcoming as one might expect. All in all a solid stay conveniently located to the cruise port. "
