"The hotel is very nice the bar area was great until after midnight when everyone and anyone came to the hotel for the club. It was very scary at times with the people that were walking around in the hotel. If you are looking for a party hotel this is it but the only problem is the people that are let in after 12pm. Also, no real security like police on the property. Food at Levante was amazing!!!! The food and wine festival was also amazing. Drinks at the bar were super expensive $37.00 for a ranch water which as tequila and club soda (crazy) vodka and club soda $22.00. how does that make sense."

"This hotel is OLD!!! needs everything updated, the room layout is ridiculous, the closet, fridge and coffee maker is inside the bathroom, the house keeping is bad… the pool area and beach are fine, there’s not room service or food options other than a pool bar and the hilton across the street. I don’t think l will be coming back and it’s way to expensive for the value you get"

"The rooms are horrible all of the carpets needs to be removed it is too much moisture the halls and the rooms reek of mold! I do believe the hotel is well aware of it that’s why they have those drying machines in every corner. There was never no washcloths and towels available. The ticket machine to go in and out of the property by car didn’t work all the time it was a hit or miss.. it was annoying to stop at the front desk each time leaving the property. Staff did the best they can, couldn’t blame them for the property upkeep. The amenities such as the casino restaurants bar and pool hall 10/10!"

"Enjoyed the location decided to Uber everywhere and even using Uber Black for v4 people it was well Uber $20. Great prices for everything that was included. Would definitely come back."

"Wyndham Grand was everything we expected it to be based on reading all of the reviews and following along on social media for quite a while! It was the most perfect mid-size resort for a family with two young kids (ages 6 and 9) who need the right amount of entertainment without an overstimulating, mega resort style experience. Also, someone who cares deeply about the environment, I very much appreciated Wyndham's commitment to their local ecosystem, especially the well-being of the leatherback sea turtles :). The only thing that could use some improvement would be the restaurant service (Roots is very, very slow). That did not impact our overall experience by any means though, and we absolutely plan to be back and have already recommended the resort to a few friends :)."
