Hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were stranded in San Juan for several days due to weather conditions caused our flight to be canceled. While we were here we interacted several times with staff and they were always pleasant and kept asking if we needed anything. Not too often you run into this. I highly recommend the Hyatt House to anybody wondering if they should stay here.
