"Food terrible "

"The hotel was ok. The water park area was closed. Only the pool & little kid area was accessible. A bit of a disappointment. Just glad we had planned other things to do. "

"This place nickel and dimes you at every opportunity. Parking is $15/day on top of your room. Cleaning daily by housekeeping is an additional fee. Breakfast is free and later running than most, but it's the same as any hotel breakfast ever of all time. Nothing special anywhere. Its nice that the pickleball courts and gym are 24 hours, and the pool is open later - and the saunas are cool too. However, our room was incredibly swampy our entire stay. Incredibly humid and smelled kind of gross."

"There were so many halls and doors, in our bed room we could hear everybody coming in and out of the hallways. And the doors were so heavy there was no way they couldn’t slammed it. But the personnel was quick and very friendly."

"We have stayed here twice now for a cheer competition at the Orange County Convention Center. It's a convenient location to Uber from. About 15 minutes away. Both times it was very clean. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen, very convenient. This is a large property, it's walkable and they have shuttles, but that may be a concern for some! "

"The pools, while busy, were great! The only thing we didnt kniw ahead of time was the charge for floats at the lazy river. Everything else was awesome!"
