Hotels in Coldwater Springs

"Poolside seats got full very quickly , so get there early , free tubes for the lazy river and if you play mini golf which is free be mindful if you lose your ball it’s a $20 surcharge . The room was spacious and clean there is also a fridge you can use .i also heard prior to arrival if you need a microwave in your room you can call the hotel. Overall nice hotel with clean rooms . "

"The breakfast menu was decent. Adding more fruits & healthier selection of foods would be nice too. Other than that everything else seems to be fine"

"The lot is tiny. Glad i got there early afternoon. The noise is terrible. The door wasn't shut flush so there was light coming thru the whole day and you could hear everything outside. The mattress was comfortable but the sheets were very thin and not very soft"

"I booked the more expensive room for the balcony but ended up on the ground floor. My not private “patio” was right on the street and honestly I would have preferred not having a sliding door to the street. Rooms are also very dark. The lobby, bar, and location are excellent but there are much nicer options for far less on downtown Phoenix."

"Doesn’t look great from the outside but very clean. Ask for a 2nd floor room as very noisy. Close to Sky Harbor Airport. Dish network only so limited stations."
