"Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed"

"Room was clean, great access to I-85 and local shopping. Breakfasttime (in front of hotel) was wonderful. Did not use breakfast buffet as it only had eggs, biscuits and waffles. NO MEAT offered (except possible sausage gravy it appeared). Was missing 3 bulbs between two lights. Water pressure was a little low, so it shower head missing a few of the tiny rubber orifices made a big difference (dribbled). Good food close by, even grabbed a couples massage next door! "I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare....

"Exceptionally clean, drapes at window near bed was stained with looked like blood. Otherwise the room was spotless. Front desk staff members was professional, polite and well informed about the hotel and Charlotte. Hotel location is very secluded in a industrial area."

"Nice modern facility. Rooms are also modern. Bathroom needs a night light. Too much aeration with the sink and shower. Bedding, for the sofa bed, was missing from our room. Decent breakfast even though waffles were not offered. Good location and pretty easy to get around."

"I only stayed 2 nights. I did not use any of the facility amenities or have breakfast on-site. The staff at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. The room is comfortable and has a very spacious bathroom. One thing, on the first night, there was no hot water. Spacious parking lot and close to the highway and nearby areas."

"Great staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. Barn door on bathroom was different but a space saver rather than swinging door. Some people might have an issue with privacy but if alone obviously not a problem. Clean and updated older Hampton property. I e machine worked even! Convenient to restaurants and Lake Norman. "

"Easy to access from the highway, but still quiet. Sitting area with a fire pit and chairs out back. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Staff was amazing and very reasonably priced! I will always check for a Country Inn now whenever we travel."
