"Ocean view was amazing, could have more outside tables for breakfast "

"I booked a standard room without reading many reviews, assuming it would be a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the room we were given had a single window that faced a storage area. There was no view at all, and we never saw sunlight or proper daylight during our stay. I really disliked the room right when I entered it and requested an upgrade for the eight nights we were scheduled to stay, but I was told there were no rooms available. Paying over $2,000, I expected much more from this hotel. That said, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. In the future, I will make sure to call the hotel directly before booking to confirm exactly what type of room I’m getting."

"Room was basic and clean but quite small. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful . Pool was good. Spa staff were great and very accommodating !"

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."
