"Happy with our room however on the booking it said there were 3 pools which we were looking forward to. They did not look like the pictures and were very dirty so we couldn’t go in them. 2 of them were also closed. Work was also going and so there was a lot of noise. Good breakfast options! "

I wrote to the property and the owner seemed adamant about solving the issue and gave me his number. He texted me back saying he’d check the security cameras. Then I never heard back from him. I sent 2 additional texts with some specific information about when I had been absent from the room. No reply. I am filing a police...

"Room was clean, hotel facilities were great with a swimming pool with day beds for the hot days. The breakfast which we had included in our stay, had a great selection of both sweet and savoury foods. The location was also great and ease enough to take buses or walk to town. "

"Great and friendly staff. Always on hand. The shower facilities need improvement and possibly directions on the taps as there are 4 but it was a good shower once I figured out how to do it. Sun lounging area was great and spacious too. Beds were comfortable."

"The hotel is very pretty. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Buffets (both breakfast and dinner) are exceptionally good. Pools are also very nice and have lots of shaded and sunny areas and lots of lounge chairs. Everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. "
