"A lot of electrical outlets didn’t work, elevator was out the whole week we were there"

"Clean room friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that we tried to contact them 2x and no one answered. We went in person since we were in need of a place to stay last min. They were able to accommodate us we were very grateful for that."

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
