"Our stay at the Kimpton in Scottsdale, Arizona was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly well kept—every detail felt thoughtfully maintained and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth. What really stood out was how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. We brought our dog, Storm, and she was not only allowed, but truly welcomed and greeted. The staff even took the time to inform us about the designated pet area, which made everything feel seamless and comfortable. Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond with her service. We arrived a bit early, and without hesitation, she provided us with access to the pool and gym, even personally showing me where the restroom was so I could change. She also offered a refreshing welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. To top it off, she graciously extended a late checkout for us, making our stay even more relaxing and accommodating. Overall, this was an exceptional experience. The combination of a beautiful resort, outstanding service, and true pet-friendly hospitality made it a stay we won’t forget."

"Our room was not ready at check in time at 3pm. We left after waiting 1 1/2 hrs as we had to return our rental car. When we returned after 5: 30 we were told our room was ready but there was a cleaning lady still in our room! Since when does 1 room take 3 hours to clean! I will never stay at a Green Tree Inn again."

"Pool was filthy. We stayed in two rooms over three days. Rooms were clean. Pool area was not. I asked 4 times that the pool be cleaned. They finally cleaned it the morning we checked out. Bar at pool was never open. Fountain worked less than half the time. The spa was hot, but the jets did not work at all. Debris and trash all around pool. The parking lot was littered with trash. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she was “in a meeting and didn’t visit with guests.” Manager was supposed to call me. No one called to follow up. None of the ice machines worked properly. Customer service was nonexistent. Under 3 Palms, this was a very clean property. I’ve stayed more than 50 nights over the years. May not be back. "

"Very sketchy location - DO NOT go out at night by yourself (lots of drug use and homelessness). Hotel is a motel which makes this location even less "safe". Room is ok. I wouldn't bother with any amenities due to the location. Maybe if you are a man traveling, it would be ok."

"Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again"

"The staff were excellent! They were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can tell that they work hard. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean. The carpets are worn and dingy, some are secured with visible tape. The caulking around the shower was badly patched and cracked. The furniture was of particle board and of such poor quality. A dog barked most of the night. "
