"We recently returned from a family trip to Sunscape and had a truly wonderful time. Despite a few minor "resort life" hiccups, the overall experience was a solid 5 stars for us. The Good: The staff are the absolute heart of this place incredibly friendly and attentive. The food overall was great, with plenty of variety that kept everyone in the family happy. The "Real" Details: We did have a few minor issues some tiny ants in our room and the toilet clogged a couple of times. However, maintenance was quick to respond, and it didn't take away from our vacation. Foodie Note: As Albertans, we’re admittedly spoiled with the best beef in the world, so we found the meat at the Mexican restaurant and the flank steak a bit tough for our liking. But everything else was delicious!"

"Great stay. Only down side was amenities close kinda early. The pools close at 8pm. It’s a very nice quiet stay. Loved the buffets also. Walkable distance to the hub of the hotel zone for nightlife."

"Enjoyed this resort…. The food was good! Good top shelf liquor beach was not the best because of the seaweed this time of the year! There were some floaters in the beach but turned out to be manatee poop so don’t be surprised like we were! The spa only had a steam room which was very disappointing! The crew for the most part were amazing but there were some lazy and inattentive ones that we didn’t care for so much! "

"This hotel was far beyond my expectations,it’s the best hotel ever,the room was so spacious,clean and with a great view.Breakfast was included which makes the price worth it.I had a difficult time getting to the hotel from the airport (11am-5pm)because the address wasn’t the right one and google maps kept taking me to the wrong place yet it’s just less than 5 minutes from the airport.Nonetheless,I enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back!!!Gracias!"
