"Our stay was a week long, celebrating 26yrs of marriage and our daughter and friend's 21st birthday. The rooms were great and our time was memorable! Special thankyou to Jose, Roberto and Aisha who were our entertainment planners. They were very engaging and we truly made connections with them that we will treasure for a long time. Our pool side experience was great as well. Arturo was our main attendant around the pool and was extremely helpful on many fronts. Secrets the Vine was a great spot for our vacation and we hope to get back there again in the future."

"Love this hotel so much. Excellent location- a 10 minute drive from the airport, except the beach is not great at all.. so if you are looking for that, I would not book here, however, the hotel has excellent amenities. The pools are excellent (adults / family/ kids), there are a large variety of restaurants, the gelato shop, world-class nightly shows in a theater, kids club, arcade, spa, golf/baseball simulator, many stores.. you name it, they have supplied it. When we stay here, we don’t leave the property. It is meticulously decorated and designed.. really a 5 star hotel and experience."

"I recently stayed at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island from May 30 through June 6 and purchased an upgrade to the Vantage Club, expecting to receive the amenities and benefits advertised as part of that package. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. During our stay, we discovered that several restaurants were not open. When I raised this concern with a manager, I was informed that the resort's low occupancy was the reason for the closures. However, at no point during the booking process or on your website was it disclosed that restaurant availability would be reduced based on occupancy levels. Had this information been clearly communicated, it would have impacted my decision to book this resort and purchase the upgrade. Additionally, on Monday, the operating hours of the Vantage Lounge were changed from 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m., as advertised on your website, to 8:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. This was another significant disappointment. The lounge also failed to provide the variety of snacks advertised throughout the day. The specialty snack offerings were only available on Saturday and Sunday, limiting our ability to enjoy one of the key benefits of the upgrade. Given these issues, I feel that the additional cost of the Vantage Club upgrade was not justified. Had I known that several restaurants would be closed and that the Vantage Lounge amenities and hours would not be as advertised, I would not have purchased the upgrade and likely would have shortened my stay."
