"Nice hotel lobby, very big and busy in a good location, they have self check in that was super handy, as we showed up at a busy time so there was a line to check in. Room was clean, but the toilet would randomly run really loudly until I took the back off and jiggled the handle on the inside so it could fill, the tv didn’t work and neither did the thermostat, would have called the front desk but we got the room at 5 and dropped our bags and left for the night didn’t find out about the tv and thermostat until we got back around 11:30. Told them in the morning and didn’t seem to care. All in all it’s fine, but for $560 a night and $43+hst for parking I was expecting better"

"Very convenient location in a busy area near Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). It is right downtown, so even though there is visible homelessness, there is also ton of people and students in the area. Great small restaurants all around the area and included breakfast at hotel was great -friendly servers. No stopping place to drop off luggage for check in was the most stressful thing about the location - except in the coach bus area. Rooms are small but bathrooms were recently renovated. Gently closing hotel doors is great - so no banging doors."

"Really pleasant and simple check in. Room was simple but very clean. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Probably would have chosen not to pay for this breakfast and instead go somewhere else. Quiet hotel. "

"Our second stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was soundproofing between our room and adjacent connecting one. Next time will ask for a room without a connecting door. Shuttle service was convenient."
