Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und gab sich jede erdenkliche Mühe. Als alleinreisende Schweizerin wurde ich herzlich umsorgt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Kaiseki wurde mit soviel Liebe kunstvoll angerichtet und bei jedem Gang explodierten andere Geschmacksknospen in meinem Mund. "Extremely helpful staff. Showed us where to park and had an English speaking front desk staff to show us around and explain the hotel bath, dining, and other schedules. The hotel grounds were gorgeous. The room was extremely spacious and I wish we could have stayed a few more nights to enjoy everything. Hope to be back one day."

"I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine. "
