"Worst hotel ever "

"They were not open for us to check in when they said they would be- we were stranded on the streets of Delhi. They did not refund us even tho we didn’t get to stay. "

"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified."

"Recent 5 night stay whilst visting Delhi. Out of town but a huge advantage to be away from mayhem. Steps from metro which was the best way to get around. Frequent service, efficient and cheap. Never saw other tourists using but as roads beyond congested it was a huge advantage to be able to use. Always felt safe but never used at night. Staff great and restaurant excellent which was important as much too daunting to venture out at night."

"A terrible, terrible experience. This is a big scam. The pictures of the hotel are not from this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. When we finally get the room, it has not been washed. We found trash under the bed, urine on and around the toilet, and residue of feces in the toilet. "Location inside a labyrinth of narrow lanes. Was offered room at 2nd floor (Level 3) with no Elevator. Just a narrow staircase to access. I had arrived from Singapore with my wife and had a overnight stopover in Delhi so chose this location on account of proximity to Lajpat Nagar where I had some work. Place didn't give me good feeling. I arrived at 9pm. There was no staff to help me carrying up my heavy luggage. Frustrated with above, I just left the place without checking in and...

"The breakfast was incredible with a vast amount of choice. The pool area is charming being a haven away from the craziness the Delhi Streets. Levels of service or exemplary and the staff cannot do enough to help you"

"The shuttle is not free it is 1000 rupees. The hotel location is great if you want to see the red fort but it is difficult for some vehicle types to get to. The staff is friendly and helpful."
