Hotels in Hilltop

"Dirty, dingy 2-star hotel. Lots of corners and crannies hiding dirt. Strict check-in policy was not advertised on the listing at all, and surprised at check-in. Staff responded by showing us a piece of paper with their policy (which was not described anywhere in the listing or booking details). Waited for shuttle for 20 minutes and never showed, so we had to buy our own Uber. Otherwise staff friendly and breakfast was good. "

"The room was not properly cleaned. There was used tissue paper left in the trash bin, and the bath towels were poorly folded, giving the impression they may have been used by previous guests without the housekeeper noticing. Additionally, there were visible dirty spots on the bed sheets."

"Staff rude and disrespectful and other guests are being allowed to smoke in rooms despite no smoking policy, staff slam doors every morning and make banging noises from room below despire no work being done. Other guest's seem to be alliqed to lets tgere animals poop in rooms since hallways every morning wreak of poop smell."
