"The unit was remodeled. Felt cozy, clean and modern. Very close to beach. It was all we needed. There was a cable issue that wasbresolved in 24 hrs and partial refund issued fornthe inconvenience. Definitely a nice place to stay and enjoyyed our 2 nights. Easy access to food, grocery and the beach. No complaints. "

"Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit."

"The accommodations were beautiful, spacious and very clean. We couldn't use the pool and the piece above the dishwasher kept coming out. Stomping upstairs neighbors and all, it was a nice trip."

"Property is definitely run down and smells very musty- especially with all the rain and carpet being everywhere not ideal for rainy locations. NO ELEVATORS! I did not see this until I read a Google review, helping 3 small children and all our luggage is not practical to the 3rd(technically 4th) floor. (I did not know our room was the 4th floor until the night before or else I would have cancelled for a refund) Quick walk to the beach, and individual room was very clean. You do NOT get...

"Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!!
