"I picked this hotel for the airport shuttle. I was unable to get through on the phone for a shuttle pickup. When I finally got to the hotel, I realized it was because the front desk staff was sitting outside, smoking and talking on their cell phone. I waited 5 minutes for her to come inside to check me in. The next morning the front desk staff was the complete opposite, friendly and went out of their way to help me and other guests."
