"Our room was not clean and lacking the basics. I’ll never stay there again. Pictures on the website of the room were much better than what we experienced. I don’t mind an old hotel but this place was dirty and poorly maintained."

"The room had two queen beds with two small pillows in each bed. There were three pool towels and three bath towels. I would suggest bringing your own pillow and pool towels!! Our room key stopped working three times in a two day stay. The first time I was told my phone was demagnetizing them. I made it a point not to put it near my phone. The second time I was told the TV was demagnetizing them. I could understand if one key had a problem but both would not work!! When you have to take your dog out at 4:30 AM and can’t get back in your room it is very frustrating! I have traveled for 40+ years and have never been locked out of my room three times in one stay! Parking is very tight and depending on when you arrive it may be difficult for larger trucks etc. Breakfast was coffee, juice, fruit, small bite size muffin and yogurt."

"IT SMELLED AND WASNT VERY CLEAN, PARKING OK, MOST OF THE STAFF WAS GOOD.GREAT OUTSIDE NEAT AND CLEAN. LOBBY WAS NOT OPEN VERY LONG AND OUR ROOM KEYS NEEDED CONSTANT REDOING."

"A perfect week to get away from it all. Great room, nice people, helpful staff, beautiful beach. Super pool, and convenient shopping and restaurants. Last time I visited was 60 years ago. Timeless and great memories. "

"Sadly, we did not have a good experience here. We did call the front desk ahead of time to let them know we would be checking in after midnight and they did have someone expecting us at the desk. As we got out of the elevator, the carpets were bubbling and the place smelled of mold. Our room was not clean, it had dust on the countertops, rust and tarnish on some of the metal surfaces, and grime on the shower fixtures and the toilet seat. We checked out a few hours later in the morning and there were fresh water stains on the drop ceiling and water all over the front desk. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel."
