"I absolutely loved this resort—everything was very clean and well organized. The food exceeded my expectations for an all-inclusive; they truly put effort into both flavor and quality. The drinks were also excellent. I was especially impressed that they offered Patrón tequila, which is a high-end tequila, to regular guests. At most resorts, that level of tequila is usually reserved only for VIP guests. I highly recommend this resort!"

"All was ok. Hotel is a little old but clean. Did not care for all the noise, but I guess that is to be expected. Hotel could offer an earlier Coffee stand with choices of maybe some pastry. Rooms were clean, but privacy for my particular room was not so good."

"m prior to my arrival. I called it in to reception and even though they did bring towels and toilet paper I was told that the mini fridge is only stocked every two days so they would not be able to do anything about that. THERE GOES THE ALL INCLUSIVE PART. Couldnt get a seat at the steak house until i complained about a minor getting alcohol and the lifeguard ignoring me, the ROACHES in my room every single night the lack of food options and discrepancies in their seating system. Bathroom sink clogged, glass table edges broken poor customer service and didnt try to mend the situation at all. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"We’ve stayed at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit three times—September, October, and most recently in March during spring break. Unfortunately, this last visit was a disappointment, especially since it was our first time bringing my parents. The resort was extremely busy and felt overcrowded, with not enough staff or amenities to support the volume of guests. Service overall wasn’t as warm or attentive as we had experienced in the past. The front desk in particular came across as rude and not very attentive, which set the tone in an unfortunate way. On the other hand, the housekeeping team was amazing—kind, consistent, and one of the highlights of our stay. The food, which had been phenomenal on our previous visits, was noticeably lacking this time. The Pantry in particular was under-serviced, not very clean, and several machines were out of order. It didn’t reflect the quality we had come to expect. The property itself is beautiful, and the pools—including the kids pool—are a highlight. The taco stands were great, and the ceviche was phenomenal. That said, the resort doesn’t quite deliver a luxury experience, and small details matter. For example, the road leading to the beach club could really use some attention—it doesn’t match the overall price point or setting. This resort truly has so much potential, but it would benefit from more staffing and additional dining options beyond the buffet to better accommodate guests, especially during peak times."

"The water shut off 4 times during our 5 nights gut stay. It was very inconvenient especially with a toddler and coming back from the beach/pool. The fridge was not stocked daily and we had to remind them several times. The food was pretty decent and our favorite were the burgers near the pool. Staff were very accommodating and friendly"
