"We went to the restaurant for breakfast around 9.00 but no servers were available. We waited at a table on the patio first and after noone came to us we waited inside. We ended up leaving without anything "

"Stopped by on a weekday, enjoyed the beautiful pools and our beautiful room. Played a few rounds, overall a great stay. Waymo picks up not far from the front door (like 1 min walk). Very nice!"

"Room was not cleaned very well, there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee made in the lobby. There was no phone in the room to call or a closet to hang clothes. Looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in previously and not fixed well."

"The staff was really nice at least the ones from the night. The hotel’s condition should not reflect on the staff. Even though they changed my room because my previous room had stains, bathroom door didn’t close and the stains in the carpet made it feel like a really old and dirty hotel. They moved me to another room but had the same feeling but at least the bathroom door was working. The lights didn’t turned on and the smell was still in the rooms. My sister staying next door had a cockroach in her bedroom. Sadly I would avoid staying here as they need to re-do everything. The staff was lovely though. "

"Room needed better cleaning; both rugs were filthy, dust bundles everywhere. The first room I was in was dirtier than the one they moved me to. Amenities here made up for some of that: they had a very nice pool area and gym. I would not consider this property a hotel - it does not have any onsite restaurants and there is no housekeeping service (unless you pay a fee; I believe it was $75). We only stayed for 3 days; if I had a longer stay I would most likely not stay here due to that. Overall, it was nice to have a full size kitchen and enjoy the pool area, but housekeeping needs proper training. "
