"Room not clean in fact i dont know what happened but I woke up with a cut on my arm..didnt think anything of it..went to the office. Came back to said room and saw blood near pillow on right side where arm was. I thought I was crazy but I swar it was a shard or piece of glass. Like somehow it ended up in the wash"

"I should have believed all the reviews of this hotel. I brought lysol and went around spraying everything down. When I lifted the pillow on the bed to spray underneath I saw the first roach, and itbwas alive and scurried along the bed. My son brought out his uv light and the whole room was disgusting. It was very late and we needed a place to stay so we asked for another room. Things did not get better, more bugs, more unknown sprays on the walls visible with uv light and I haven't even mention that the locks on both rooms was broken. There were also questionable people hanging out, outside their rooms. They kept walking by our room and looking in as we tried to bring our stuff in and out. They even followed my son across the property to the lobby. It was very unsafe and unsanitary. DON'T STAY HERE!"

"I have found my new favorite place to stay. There should more of these places to stay. The experience was amazing and the rooms were as well. This place is extremely well kept and the staff are on top of it. If you have a complaint about anything they take care of it right away. It's just a very nice clean fun place to stay. "

"The Sky Harbor Airport Inn was exactly as described, and my stay was good. My room looked exactly like the photos, and everything worked properly. I was able to use the shuttle to and from the airport, which was really convenient and one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The employees at the front desk helped me with this, and it was easy and fast. The only negative is that the sheets smelled odd. Not bad, just had a weird smell. Otherwise, my stay was great, and I had no complaints!"

"Checkin took 45 minutes and we were the second one in line. Ordered salmon and smash patty melt from the coyote Catina - it was absolutely terrible ( soggy broccoli, tasteless rice and weird smell). Would not stay again, especially for $200 + a night and $100 in food. "
