"The hotel was nice and clean. The thing that makes a difference is the people. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure we had rides wherever we needed to go, and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Really made for a nice experience!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Haya in Ybor City. It has the feel of a unique boutique hotel—warm, inviting, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Our courtyard-view room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool lights and palm trees. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job each day. We also enjoyed the onsite café, and the bar was excellent and very comfortable. Logan, one of the bartenders, was outstanding and made our experience even better. The location was perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants in historic Ybor City. We will happily stay here again!"

"The staff was very friendly and courteous! The room was very clean. The staff responsible for breakfast were excellent! Both of the ladies were friendly and took great care of the dining area. They took pride in their jobs and made an effort to clean tables right after people were finished eating! I loved having the night light and drawers in the bathroom (this was a great safety feature and kept things nest and organized). The staff should be commended for their work ethic! Thank you!"
