"Staff was good but hotel is clearly due for a remodel. The room didn't look anything like shown in the advertised photo. Very, very dingy and old"

"Room 121, room was clean when we arrived. Although, during some time we had noticed ants in the room. They were all over the counter and on the floor. Called from desk to inform. Call did take awhile to go through, Phone was also not working in the room. Had to utilize cell phone to make the call to front desk."

"Room was small , the hours don’t coordinate well with water park and check in and only had access to one pool overall for price it wasn’t worth it ."

"Overall, the stay was relaxing but the room could use a little updating. The pool area was clean and the outside staff at the bar was great. Front desk was very helpful with checking in and out. My wife and I would stay again. Thank you"

"I wouldn’t stay here again. Photos weren’t accurate. Older and dirtier in real life. Doors are open to the outside. Loud and hard to sleep. Furniture falling apart inside"

"We were upgraded to a suite by Expedia which was a big bonus. Our room was quiet despite the busy and crowded casino. The breakfast service at the cafe was very slow but the dinner at Tash Restaurant was quick, food and services were excellent."
