"High end "

"When I arrived, my room had trash in the fridge, which smelled badly. There were a lot of gnats and bugs inside. You have zero control over the air conditioning - it’s a freezer box even when you turn the air off or to 80 degrees. It’s constantly blowing on high. There was a water issue while I was there in which we didn’t have running water for about 8 hours- they did get this fixed but it was definitely a nuisance. Housekeeping only came one time- I was there for 5 days. The pools are much smaller than advertised and offer minimal shade"

"Room was clean and had all amenities. Staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle is an uber but hotel pays the fare. The hot tub worked and was relaxing."
