"The cascita we stayed in was newly renovated, but had technical issues with the fire alarms. Our alarms went off three separate times during our four day stay - an automatic smoking fee was applied when they went off, but I was able to talk to the front desk and have it removed. Staff was overall wonderful - from front desk to pool staff. The pools themselves were gorgeous, though I would definitely recommend the main pool. If you’re hoping for a pool day with loungers I would recommend getting to the pool before 11a. The onsite restaurant was tasty and staff was very friendly. Overall - a great stay minus the technical issues with the fire alarm and the subsequent charges resulting from them. "

"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "

"The sign in the room says they have spare toiletries available, but when you call the front desk, they tell them it’s not available and send you to a gas station. The water in the hotel was lukewarm at best and I asked about it and they said they had issues with hot water and Plumbing. "
