"Everyone's great -- I want to particularly give a shoutout to the staff who manages the breakfast. I wish I got her name -- she's super friendly, so helpful, her smile never -- I felt like I was in her kitchen at home. Front desk staff are nice, the room is clean and well-maintained, the hotel overall is great. The only negative feedback I have is that the detergent used caused an allergic reaction on my face and neck (so it's probably the pillowcases). My face immediately became itchy and red the first night. I got Benadryl, so that helped. Otherwise, our experience was great."

"Room service was Good. Location close to the Airport. However, Internet Wifi very slow and TV reception was very fuzzy. "

"The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not working at all. The staff was extremely nice and friendly except the young man at the store he wasn't very talkative or helpful definitely got the sense he didn't want to be there. The elevator closest to our room was broken and the one by the waterpark broke down also, using the stairs several times while pregnant was a bit much."

"I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasn’t came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isn’t sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they don’t have an update about the outage. Never got my refund after messaging staff. Many residents left due to the power outage."

"The shuttle service (Valet Connection) was terrible. This shuttle is operated by an off‑site parking company that also services several nearby hotels, and it was clear their priority was their own parking customers—not hotel guests. At the airport, hotel guests were only allowed on if there were seats left after parking customers boarded. I barely made it onto the shuttle as the last seat, but I heard of others who were left behind and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the next shuttle. The hotel pickup was just as bad. The shuttle did not arrive on time, and the driver initially only wanted to pick up passengers flying on a specific airline. His dispatcher had to tell him to take all of us. He threw the luggage into the shuttle without stacking or securing it (I have photos). He then nearly left my bag at the wrong terminal—Detroit airport is very spread out. Thankfully, I intentionally sat in the back so I could keep an eye on my luggage. Truly awful service. I would avoid this hotel entirely due to how poor the shuttle experience was. "
