Hotels in Downtown Scottsdale

"Room was not cleaned very well, there was no coffee maker in the room and no coffee made in the lobby. There was no phone in the room to call or a closet to hang clothes. Looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in previously and not fixed well."

"The staff was really nice at least the ones from the night. The hotel’s condition should not reflect on the staff. Even though they changed my room because my previous room had stains, bathroom door didn’t close and the stains in the carpet made it feel like a really old and dirty hotel. They moved me to another room but had the same feeling but at least the bathroom door was working. The lights didn’t turned on and the smell was still in the rooms. My sister staying next door had a cockroach in her bedroom. Sadly I would avoid staying here as they need to re-do everything. The staff was lovely though. "

"Convenient location in Old Scottsdale; easy access and convenient parking for room location; comfortable rooms (good condition but showing some age), relaxing and roomy hot tub, very good hot buffet breakfast with very good coffee, oatmeal, fruits, bagels, cereals, multiple juices. Staff was laid back but responsive if needs arise."
