"All of the amenities in the hotel were closed do to a broken pipe in the hallway that leads to them. We were not informed of this ahead of time. Also once checked in and we got settled in our room and went to get a shower we found out that there was no hot water in the hotel. Went and talked to front desk about it and there only response was they know."

"I stay here for weekend work in Cleveland and it is perfect for me. There was no freezer in the fridge, I needed that, all rooms are different though. All my rooms have been very clean and comfortable. I appreciate the staff not pounding on my door for cleaning as I work nightshift and I sleep during the day. Friendly Staff! I also love that there are so many different choices for places to eat. Also there is a Walmart/Dollar General and Dollar tree nearby. Among others. Great Area!"

"This is our FAVORITE local hotel to escape away to! We love it here. The rooms are so perfect and always clean. The room decor is different and cute. And so are the shades. There's a pool table in the lobby. The staff is always pleasant."

"Room was clean but not a dresser to put clothes in or on. Furniture was sparse. There was no normal writing desk either. Refrigerator was on the floor and hard to get into. Should be on some kind of stand. No carpet I guess because they allow pets to stay too!"

"My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in."

"The only issues involved in my stays the last 2 weeks are the fact that occassionally the desk clerk on days is busy assisting other guests so there is a wait to be helped. They do offer free baby cribs which as new parents is a big bonus"
