"The Jefferson Hotel is hands down our favorite. We drove 3-1/2 hours each way to celebrate our anniversary there. Of course the two shows we took in and the excellent restaurants in town as well as museums make it worth the trip. But the on-site parking and complementary shuttle service to theaters are a nice touch. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. We stay at the Jefferson a couple of times a year. This morning as we were departing the concierge came out from behind her desk to give my wife a big hug. She asked how our grands are doing and gave us a couple of waters for the road."

"The hotel phone in my room had no wires to connect the phone. We had no phone and if any emergency, thank god I had my cell phone. Then we had no towels and the staff asked me to “bring down the dirty towels for them to wash”. Unbelievable. This happened twice with (no clean towels)."

"Run down and rough definitely in need of some TLC. Only one elevator bank was working. Parking is a little tight if you drive a truck or full size vehicle. Bathroom was so small I could barely turn around in the shower. Water was hot though! Pillows were very small. Almost like throw pillows. Overall it was decent but don’t think it’s going to be a windham based on the name."

"Everything was great! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had very comfortable beds, and it was conveniently close to the town square!"
