The Coachman Hotel

"Overall, a really good experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I originally booked through Expedia but had to cancel due to a severe storm. Expedia declined the refund, but the hotel manager was gracious enough to let me reschedule—huge points for customer service.
The hotel itself is super cute with a modern vibe. Pros include a great lobby with excellent coffee and a full bar. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus also looked solid, though we didn’t get a chance to dine there. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute walk to Heavenly’s gondola and close to shops and restaurants in a very lively area.
The main con was that the room was pretty basic. There was no coffee machine, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we did receive two free non-alcoholic drink tickets for booking through Expedia, which we used for lattes—and they were delicious.
We stayed in Building 6 where the suites are located, so it’s across the street from the lobby and hot tub. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred being closer to the main amenities.
Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it."

"The staff has worked hard and we can see it. We checked in early with ease and everything went through smoothly. There were snow storms, customers needed help with many things and they provided them professionally. Decent quality of breakfast and coffee all day all night, very appreciated. "
