"the room was dirty, curtains were broken and you could tell they have not being washed in years, the mirror was broken and everything was broken inside the shower. A holiday inn in US has better conditions thay this hotel which I paid a-lot of money . Besides they have hidden fees which you only found out after you leave. The lobby and staff were gorgeous and very friendly. But other than that , I would not recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is very old and basic. Relatively clean but age impacts. Bedding was clean and bed comfortable enough. Room itself felt damp. Air conditioning works and was full blast on arrival. Hard to get warmed up and a thin blanket on the bed was insufficient. All basic amenities provided but no water and that would have been helpful. Its very close to the airport. Handy for us as a room until our cruise next day but on the flight path so noisy. Desk staff friendly and polite. For one night it was fine but would not want to stay more than that. Not sure what prices are like in Puerto Rico but think £90 is a lot for a very budget hotel personally. "

"Room was not ready had to wait at least 45 minutes. Restaurant food was not that good. Waitress had no help she did the best she could. The front desk was rude and had little interest in trying to make customer service a priority."

"The room was basic, but clean. This resort has so much potential. Great restaurant on site with excellent fish and great music. Good breakfast too. We stayed one night before a cruise. "

"It was a great stay, clean and fun! The beach/pool chairs need replacing- needed lots of towels layered so you don’t feel the poles of the chair in your back. "
