"We loved the place but the express cleaning after three days of staying didn't do the trick. The rubbish bin was full and they didn't top up our tea and coffee. Half the rubish was picked up and the wine bottles and pizza boxes was not cleared. When we inquired about it only then they told there's a rubbish shoot and it seems we are responsible for getting rid of our own rubbish. My thinking if I'm paying top money I shouldn't be the one cleaning my room and chasing the tea and coffee refill. Otherwise the location is superb and the place is spacious "

"Excellent service in every area of the hotel. Stunning foyer and great decor throughout the hotel making the stay so much more interesting. Food is great and the breakfast one of the best."

"For the love of all that's holy, please turn down the music in the breakfast buffet. No-one wants to hear nightclub level pop at 6:30 in the morning. Everytime I stay here it's the same, when I asked the staff to turn it down they couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything about it. It means the free breakfast is worth, well, absolutely nothing."
