"The room was clean enough but certainly not to the degree of other hotels. The sides of the stove were caked with dust and years of grease/food (clearly it’s not pulled out when the room is cleaned). The common areas weren’t particularly clean either, probably emphasized by the dated carpets. The room was dated and although there have clearly been efforts to improve the space, the quality of the improvements are quite poor (for example, a thick textured wallpaper in the bathroom that is peeling at the edges, looks quite dingy; the toilet paper holder wasn’t secured to the wall). A few of the light switches didn’t work, along with the main living room lamp, leaving the space feeling pretty dark. Despite all this, the staff were very kind and accommodating, which was really the redeeming factor, along with the location and accessibility to the subway. "

"Staff was friendly, hotel is perfect location for Downtown Toronto and nearby to literally all the main attractions. "

"Water slide only in pm on weekdays (was Quebec March break so there was demand!) but the new kitchenettes are great! Location is 10/10 and our kids had a blast in the kids spaces. Great spot for families"

"Excellent location in the heart of old town . Staff was very friendly , coffee bar was amazing. Lots of restaurants and shopping . Access to the PATH right in the lobby . Hotel and amenities were a little dated they could use a facelift but the room View and layout were great , we had a suite in the tower which came in handy with a dishwasher and washer/dryer."

"Staff were amazing. Small touches like pressing the elevator buttons, remembering your name, always greeting with a smile, those things go a long way. Baggage check is a great bonus as well. Breakfast was outstanding!"

"Don’t expect service provided at other hotel provide at no extra cost. Room prices are fair however requesting by example cutlery glasses and 2 plates delivered to you room will cost you about $25.00. My only complaint. If you like to gamble it the place to go. "
