"I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! Honestly horrible! At least give the ppl staying there some bug repellent at bare minimum "

"It was a great pleasure for us to stay at this excellent hotel in Naples. We had been accommodated in a very beautiful, modern and comfortable room with a view of Castel Sant Elmo. The room, the bathroom and the whole property were impeccably clean and maintained. The hotel is located in Chiaia, which is in the best part of Naples in our opinion. The girls at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by their professional attitude. Would we stay there again? Tomorrow,...

"Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo."

"Beautiful view from our top floor. Easy walk in to the historical section of Naples and great shopping! Frederic’s was extremely helpful with any concerns or questions we had. She arranged for a driver to take us to the airport in the wee hours. That was very much appreciated! There were also some nice amenities in the apartment and bathroom!
