"We stayed at the Omni Parker in room 303 and heard someone put a whiskey glass down on the desk and sit in a creaky wooden chair around 2am. After researching found out this room is haunted, confirming there was in fact a ghost in the room and I believe he wants his old desk back, no the more modern one put in place. "

"The rooms at Encore are exceptional. I always feel as if I am in a 5 star luxury hotel. The amenities are great. The rooms are always a little cold for my taste but it dos not take away from excellent experience. "

"The check in staff were not focused when I asked a question about how to get to the valet. They had me doing two different things, my questions were only about 5 minutes apart but apparently he didn’t remember me when I came back to clarify a question. Also it was very hot in the rooms."
