"The front desk guy was really nice. The AC was awful. I had to sleep with my travel fan because it was so hot in the room. I stayed in the mountain suit and the room was not the 100% clean. Overall the bed was good and parking and location was good too. "

"Check in process was smooth but not super efficient. After checking in at the 4pm check in time, needed to visit the concierge to obtain the parking pass and wait in another line. The concierge was helpful, and promptly provided the parking pass. I was worried about a time share pitch a I have read in other reviews. This didn’t happen. I wonder if it’s because I checked in with everyone else and priority was to get the lines moving? Unit was dated but clean. Had no issues during our two night stay. It was really nice having your own unit and parking space. Grounds were very clean and maintained. I walked the property to see all the amenities but didn’t partake. Would be a fun place to stay and take advantage of the amenities for a longer stay. Laundry facility was totally free had 10 washers and 10 dryers with detergent/softener and laundry basket provided, excellent for longer stays. Activity room had ping pong, bags, board games, puzzles and mini golf. Short drive to town and trailheads. We spent our time hiking during our stay and it was nice to get back to our own private space to rest. Beds were very firm so depending on your preferences this may be an issue."

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay and wish it could have been longer. Room was clean, quiet, large, and very well appointed. Breakfast included all the usual and several additional dishes. Getting our bags to our room was a bit more challenging than usual due to the layout of the property."

"We love the Casa; that's why we returned. Our only feedback for improvement is that the bed seemed a little soft and the comforter was a bit heavy for this time of year. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was perfect, as always!"

"The rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious with great beds! The restaurant at the resort is one of our favorites in Sedona, especially, the breakfast. The resort is small, so not overly crowded. The spa is amazing as well! We return to this resort annually. The location is excellent as well! "

"For $300 + a night, the room was tiny, the beds were soft, the hand soap dispenser didn’t work, there was no breakfast and there was no ice available at all!! The desk clerk told us to go across the street to buy ice!! This was the worse property for the price they charge!!"

"Yes the breakfast was very good. The pool needs to be heated!!! We expect a heated pool when coming to a bilton property!!"
