"A basic but comfortable room. There was a TV, kettle and coffee maker in the room. We were on the fifth floor at the back the view was nice and not too close to other buildings of the same height. Perfectly located for visiting the local museums and parks and just strolling round taking in the culture. Staff were very helpful when there was an issue with the TV not working. I used the WhatsApp messaging service and they replied quickly."

"Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. The only thing I didn’t love is that the walls seem pretty thin - I could hear the tv next door/whenever anyone was on the phone or moving luggage around. If you’re a light sleeper/sensitive to noise, consider this before booking but I would stay here again."

"Small rooms but thats normal for London. We got a balcony which was lovely to sit on and watch people in the park opposite. Excellent location for tube lines too. Breakfast did the job"

"Good location. Short walk to underground station. Two stops to South Ken for all the museums. Nice area, felt very safe. Apartment itself is OK. Rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time there so not an issue. Amenities were good; oven, fridge etc. Was clean enough but felt like it could do with a bit of a makeover to spruce the place up a bit. Check in was fine and comms were all very good. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Rockwell Hotel. It was far nicer than I'd expected of a London hotel. The reception staff were lovely and upgraded me to one of the Superior Singles on the top floor: a cosy room with a skylight and a light and airy en-suite (also with skylight). The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I'll certainly be staying here again next time I visit the area"
