"Room is dark but very clean. Housekeeping is available every day and they pay great attention to detail - after a cleaning, our room was just like we just checked in. Front desk staff is very helpful - they even helped us to make an appointment to a private onsen who we couldn’t communicate with. Location is great! Only 10 minutes from Osaka stations. Family Mart 7-11 and laundromat very close by. You can even use your Suica card for laundromat. "
