"We stayed at Hotel H12 during our first trip to Poland and had a wonderful experience. I traveled with my 70-year-old mother, my 17-year-old daughter, and my 10-year-old son all the way from Texas, and this hotel was the perfect home base for exploring Kraków. The location was outstanding. We were within easy walking distance of so many shops, cafés, restaurants, and major attractions, which made sightseeing simple and enjoyable for our family. It was especially convenient when traveling with multiple generations and children. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests and were always willing to answer questions or offer assistance. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated how easy it was to start each day before heading out to explore the city. Kraków exceeded our expectations, and Hotel H12 played a big part in making our first visit to Poland such a positive and memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Kraków."

"The hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, adjacent to all main attractions. My room was great, a recent remodel, logical and practical layout, one exposed brick and stone wall and a log ceiling. The back of the hotel is organized around a courtyard, the courtyard is nice, but it is the only view you get there. All in all, I loved it and I would love to stay longer if my schedule permitted."

"Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Small kitchen was a bonus. Would have preferred a basic microwave rather than a coffee machine though. Located very close to the Old Town Square, bars and restaurants. Apartments are situated on a narrow, one way street which was very noisy with vehicles and revellers especially at the weekend."
