"I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home. The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great. The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld."

"Very good location, direct access from Airport Rail Link in Phaya Thai which is also a BTS station and 2 stops away from Siam. Breakfast is nice with lots of options. Staffs are friendly and they even sent us a birthday cake for my husband which I didn’t arrange this in advance!"

"This place was an absolute delight. A large, comfortable room with a serene hideaway amongst the hustle and bustle. It was close enough to everything, and we walked to the train station during the day and late at night and never felt unsafe. I LOVED this hotel."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There’s a free shuttle bus to Ratchathewi and ICON Discovery, which made getting around super easy. The hotel is also close to a night market, which was a big plus — I had the best Pad Thai of my life there. The breakfast was amazing as well, with lots of choices and great quality. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service, convenient transport, and excellent food. Would definitely recommend."

Free shuttle with Hotel tuktuk to neatby locations. The Hotel is very close to skytrain, Ratchadamri station. The hotel provides first class service, food, drinks and pastry. Will for sure choose this place again. "
