"At first I wondered why it was called Tokyo Inn, but the hotel is actually a little piece of Japan, right here in Marseille. I haven’t been in Japan for years so this reminded me of good memories, and quite unexpected. I would recommend, location is very convenient next to Saint Charles station and hotel is very clean."

"I arrived quite late after my work and the owner was so nice and accommodating ! She asked me not to ring the bell so as to not wake the other guests and she waited for me to call her so she could open for me. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. I had to leave early in the morning and was unable to enjoy the breakfast but I sincerely hope to stay again at this lovely Chambre d'Hotes just next to the Marseille train station"

"The family suite was excellent. We had a wonderful view of Marseille from our terrace and lots of room for everyone to do their own thing. The staff were very friendly and upon check in the gentleman offered to carry the large suitcase up the flights of stairs to our room. The location was right across from the train station and within a 20 minute walk of the old port."

"Really convenient location for Gare Marseille St Charles. The hotel is super quiet and also a great option for someone like me, travelling alone, I could eat in and not have to brave the streets around which are quite busy."

"This was a fine hotel with a widespread French hotel chain. The location was about ten minute from both the train/bus station and the Old Port, so it was great for both day trips and seeing Marseille. There are tons of cafes and Turkish fast food joints right by it."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Added bonus was the do-it-yourself laundry service. Room a wee bit small, but nice balcony and view onto plaza. Great location for St Charles train station. Good too for walking to and from the old port area, though one nearby street a bit sketchy at night. But great stay."

Loved the eclectic decor, areas to hang out and how quiet the hotel was in such a busy neighborhood. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection of food to start your day. Great location for everything we needed (bike shop, post office) and short walk to all the action on the port. "
