"I loved this hotel! Both the day and night front desk gentlemen were fabulous! Really went out of their way for me, even filling my ice bag for me as I suffering from bad hip pain. Great stay, room was upgraded, very nice. Shower was amazing!"

"We arrived early hoping to check in ahead of time. Initially, we were told our room was ready, but the front desk staff quickly corrected this and informed us it would be about an hour—around the standard 3:00 pm check-in time. We went out to grab a bite and pick up some water, but unfortunately, when we returned, our room was still not ready. In the end, we didn’t get access until around 4:30 pm, about 1.5 hours past the expected time. To their credit, the front desk offered us access to the lounge as compensation, which we appreciated. However, the delay did disrupt our sightseeing plans for the day. When we finally entered the room, it appeared clean, but as a family of four, we noticed the Murphy bed had not been prepared and there were no sheets provided. Before heading out again around 5:00 pm, we asked the front desk if the bed could be made up for our children while we were out, and we were assured it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, when we returned around 9:30–10:00 pm, the bed was still not set up. We had to contact the front desk again, which was frustrating—especially after a long day of delays with tired kids. Overall, while some efforts were made to address the situation, the lack of follow-through impacted our experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Villa Modigliani in Paris and couldn’t fault a thing. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with plenty of choice and fresh options. The staff were lovely—welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the peaceful courtyard was a real highlight after a day of sightseeing. The location is fantastic, with lots of great restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to several major landmarks, and for anything further away, Bus 82 was easy to catch and took us straight to many of the city’s most visited sights. A charming, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location—highly recommended."
