"The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Shinjuku which we really liked. The room has all the amenities we need although it’s quite small. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was frozen food that had to be microwaved, but was tasty especially the soup and Japanese option. There are food options and family marts nearby. From the hotel, we could either take the bus to Shinjuku west station or the subway. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. "

"Great location (50 m from Nishi Shinzuku subway station) and the city hall building (beautiful free view from the 45th floor, 10-minute walk)...and Kabukicho (Godzilla, DonKi store, great local restaurants) + Jardim Nacional Gyoen (lindo...20 min à pé). Easy access (subway) to: Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku...)"

"This hotel was impressive in many ways. It has great design with a blend of traditional Japanese with modern aspects. The check in was completely self service and very efficient (unlike other attempts where it doesn’t work and someone has to intervene). The city views from the room and penthouse were good. Japanese breakfast was the best we had during the whole trip. "
