"We stayed in the deluxe fourth room which was very large by Japanese standards, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel is located at the end of the shopping mall that leads to Dotonbori, so there are heaps of shops and eating options. The Honmachi train station is very close, making it easy to get around Osaka. Great hotel we have stayed here twice now, highly recommend."

"Great hotel with great prices. Service and breakfast are brilliant. Position might be a little problem due to it is at the other way to Dotonbori, but it got arieal bridge connects directly to Nankai Nambo Station. And also close enough to subway/metro station, so the traffic is actually convinent."

"The hotel 's close to shopping street and Namba station. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Yummy Japanese breakfast. There's coins laundry on the main floor. Ideal for backpackers or single travelers . I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The place is just at the corner of the Australian Consulate, the main goal for my trip to Osaka, also 10 min walk to the Osaka Castle. The beautiful salon French style was very pleasing to see in Japan. They keep everything clean and rose smell in the reception area was amazing."

"Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events."
