"This was the WORST Hyatt Place that I have stayed! The first room had black mold in the shower. When I pulled the covers on the bed back to spray with Lysol, there were 2 long hairs in the bed! The second room had a non working refrigerator. The young lady that works at night (Caucasian with glasses) was NOT pleasant at all. It was like you were bothering her when you asked a question. The only good thing I can say is that the breakfast was good. "

"Prior to our arrival, the ceilings on our floor had been painted. I brought to staff's attention that the smoke detector outside our room was still covered in plastic wrap and painter's tape. When we left 4 days later, it was still covered..."

"The room was so small it's crazy, it was like a European studio apartment for a student. There was no fridge in the room. We requested one upon arrival that we had to call again for once we got there and there was barely anywhere to put it. Plus was that it was free of charge to add it on to our stay. Hotel is a good location and walking distance to the convention center and the parking garage across the street is only $15 overnight parking compared to some of the other ones."
